Switching is the easy part

Your old mail comes with you — in one click.

The admin portal signs in to your old provider over IMAP and copies everything across: folders, dates, read state and attachments. No consultant, no exported files, no lost history.

  • Check before you commit — it connects read-only first and shows exactly which folders and how many messages will be copied.
  • Runs in the background — close the page and keep working; stop and resume anytime, and nothing is ever copied twice.
  • No downtime — new mail keeps arriving normally while the archive moves over.
The product

Everything business email needs — and an AI that earns its keep.

Laid out the way you'll live with it: the intelligence your team feels every day, the essentials every company expects, and the controls the admin runs it with.

AI, woven in

Write with AI AI

Draft a reply from a one-line prompt, adjust the tone, or take one of three smart replies — in the sender's language, Bangla or English.

Summary, priority & digest AI

Long threads condensed to what's asked and what's next. Urgent mail floats up, newsletters step aside, and a daily digest opens your morning.

Ask your inbox AI

"Which invoices are due this week?" The assistant searches and reads your real mail to answer — and only drafts, never sends.

3-layer spam & phishing AI

Classic filters first, then an LLM that reads intent — spotting CEO-fraud and credential lures with a plain-language warning on the message itself.

The essentials, done properly

Your domain, every address

Run one domain or several from a single account. Aliases like sales@ deliver into existing mailboxes — no extra licence.

Groups that fan out

Mail to team@ or support@ reaches everyone on the list. Add and remove members in two clicks from the admin portal.

Templates & read receipts

Save the message you write every week and drop it in with one click. Ask the recipient to confirm they read it — a standards-based request their mail app shows them, never a hidden tracking pixel.

Send later, and be nudged

Write it now, let it arrive at nine tomorrow — the message waits on the server, not in your browser. And ask to be reminded if nobody replies: the reminder closes itself the moment they do.

Calendar & contacts

A shared address book and a calendar live beside the mail — and sync to your phone over CalDAV and CardDAV, so what you add at the desk is on the handset by the time you stand up.

Rules & auto-reply

Server-side filters sort incoming mail before it reaches any device, and vacation auto-reply answers for you while you're away.

Works in every app

Standard IMAP and SMTP over TLS — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and every phone connect the way they always have. The webmail is a choice, not a cage.

Built for whoever runs it

DNS that checks itself

The portal writes out your MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records ready to copy — then verifies each one live against public DNS, so you know exactly what's still missing.

One-click mail import

Point it at the old provider's IMAP and the whole history moves across — folders, dates and read state intact, running in the background.

People controls

Create, suspend and hand back mailboxes with generated passwords; two-factor sign-in and instant "sign out everywhere" when a device goes missing.

See what's happening

An activity log of every admin action, AI usage per person with monthly limits you set — and your own logo and colours on the team's webmail.

Pricing

Start with a free month — no card, no charge. After that: per mailbox, per month, with the full AI spam & phishing shield on every plan and a roomy 30 GB to begin. Pay yearly and two months are free.

What counts as an AI action?

Writing with AI, a smart reply, a thread summary, the daily digest — one press, one action. An assistant conversation counts as five, because it reads your mail across several steps. The spam and phishing shield never counts: protection is not something we meter.

Actions are pooled across your team

A ten-mailbox Business account gets 2,500 actions a month for everyone to share — the people who barely use AI leave room for the ones who lean on it.

Need more room?

30 GB already suits almost every business mailbox, and the upper plans carry 60 and 100 GB. Heavier than that? Tell us and we will size it for you.

Getting started

Your domain, live on Mailora in three steps.

No consultant, no ticket queue. The admin portal generates every record you need and checks them for you.

1

Add your domain

Type it once. Mailora works out the exact DNS records — MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC — and lays them out ready to copy.

2

Paste the records

Into Cloudflare, your registrar, wherever your DNS lives. Press Verify records and the portal checks each one live, telling you exactly what is still missing.

3

Create mailboxes

Names, quotas, aliases and distribution groups. Your team signs in at mail.mailora.io and starts working.

Setup itself takes minutes. DNS changes can take a few hours to reach every network worldwide, so we recommend creating the mailboxes before you switch your MX record.

The assistant

Talk to your inbox like it's a colleague.

Mailora's assistant doesn't guess — it searches and reads your real mail with tools, then answers with sources. It can draft the reply for you, but it never sends without your say-so.

  • Grounded in your mail — searches threads and attachments, never invents.
  • Draft, don't send — every outgoing message waits for your confirmation.
  • Bangla & English — ask and reply in either, naturally.

Data sovereignty

Your mail. Your servers. Your country.

Mailora is self-hosted business email — no mailbox handed to a third party, no training on your content. You keep the keys, the logs, and the location.

Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for you, with live DNS checks — mail that lands in the inbox, not in spam.

Encryption

TLS on every connection — webmail, IMAP, SMTP and the portals alike. Nothing travels in the clear.

AI privacy

Content is never used to train models; AI runs only when a person asks, and an admin can switch it off org-wide.

Control

Per-organisation admin, an audit log of every action, two-factor sign-in and instant session revocation.

Compatibility

Keep the app your team already likes.

Mailora speaks standard IMAP and SMTP over TLS — plus CalDAV and CardDAV for calendar and contacts. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mail app on every phone connect the same way they always have — the webmail is a choice, not a requirement.

Microsoft Outlook Apple Mail Thunderbird iPhone & iPad Android Any IMAP client

Standard protocols also mean standard exits. Your mail is never locked inside a format only we can read — connect a desktop client and you can copy every folder out whenever you want. That is the point of owning your email.

Questions

The things people ask before they switch.

Moving a company's email feels risky. Here is exactly how it goes.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes — that is the whole idea. Add your company domain, and every address on it becomes yours to hand out. You can run several domains from one account, which is useful if you hold a .com and a .com.bd.

Can I bring my existing mail with me?

Yes — it's built in. In the admin portal, open Import mail, enter your old provider's IMAP details, and Mailora copies everything across in the background: folders, dates, read state and attachments. It checks the connection first so you see exactly what will be copied, and nothing is ever duplicated. If you are moving a whole team, talk to us before you change your MX record and we will plan the order with you.

What happens to mail arriving during the switch?

Nothing is lost, as long as you create the mailboxes before you change the MX record. Some senders keep using your old record for a few hours after the change, so mail can land in either place for about a day. Keep the old account open for that period and you will catch everything.

Does the AI read my mail?

Only when you ask it to. Summaries, replies and assistant answers run on the message you have open or the search you asked for. Your content is never used to train models, and an administrator can switch AI features off for the whole organisation from the admin portal.

Will the assistant send mail on my behalf?

No. It drafts — you send. Every message the assistant writes lands in your compose window for you to read, edit and approve. There is no path by which it delivers mail without a person pressing send.

Do you track whether people open my mail?

Only if you ask, and only with their agreement. Tick Read receipt and the message carries a standard request that the recipient’s mail app shows them — they choose whether to confirm. We do not embed tracking pixels, and we do not tell you anything the other person did not agree to tell you. That cuts both ways: mail arriving in your own inbox gets the same respect.

Can I schedule a message, or be reminded to chase it?

Both. Pick Send later in the compose window and the message waits on our servers until that moment — your computer can be off. In the same place you can ask to be reminded if nobody replies within a few days; the reminder cancels itself as soon as they write back, so you are never nagged about something already answered.

Is there a calendar and an address book?

Yes, both — in the webmail and on your phone. They speak CalDAV and CardDAV, the standards Apple Mail, Outlook and Android already use, so your calendar and contacts sync the same way your mail does. Nothing extra to buy.

Does it work in Bangla?

Yes. Compose, smart replies and the assistant all read and write Bangla and English, and will answer in whichever language you wrote to them in.

Do I need someone technical to set this up?

No. The admin portal writes out the DNS records for you and checks them as you go, so the job is copying values into your DNS panel. If you would rather not touch DNS at all, send us a message and we will do it.

What if my team grows?

Add mailboxes whenever you need them and move between plans as your requirements change — get in touch and we will adjust your subscription.
